Orders
We will always endeavour to meet your order in full. However there may be occasions where a given product may have been discontinued or is out of stock, before our website has been updated. If this occurs we will be in contact to provide an alternative solution or refund of the product(s) in question.
New lower Postage Costs
Cost of postage (if within the UK). This will be added to your payment at the point of sale. This will be in line with the table below:

Delivery overseas
Note if you are outwith the UK, we will still be delighted to deliver to you. If you let us know what you would like to order, either by telephone or email we will advise the delivery charges (which will be approximately at cost) and we can take payment over the phone.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal on our secure online server. We do also accept payment by cheque although distribution will be delayed until clearance of the cheque.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Discrepancies
Any problem relating to delivery/invoicing must be notified within 7 days.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact us within 7 days.
When returning items please use a courier company or if using the Post Office obtain a receipt of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit on return to us.
