A maker of all things bright and colourful, Kate's creations are multi layered, loaded with explorative marks and easily identified by her strong use of colour and whimsical elements. Use with Fresco Chalk Paint, Grunge Paste, Infusions, Mattints, Walnut spray etc. Wonderful on papers, canvas, chipboard and much more. All of the PaperArtsy stencils are designed to complement stamps in each designer's collection. The stencils are made of robust mylar for easy clean-up in soapy water.
